FRIDAY 29th NOVEMBER 2024
3:00pm - Check into the hotel this afternoon from 3pm.
  - Free afternoon to enjoy hotel facilities.
6:00pm - Welcome drinks and Canapes at The Conservatory.
  - Kids club open in the Birrarung Room.
6:45pm - Kids BBQ buffet dinner.
7:15pm - Adults BBQ buffet dinner.
 
SATURDAY 30th NOVEMBER 2024
9 - 11am - Morning conference Franchisee meeting in The Bella Room.
  -  For all other delegates free morning to enjoy the hotel facilities.
11:30am
- Make own way or catch the reserved coach to De Bortoli Winery
   (approx 30 mins).
- On arrival please proceed to the Cellar door.
12:00pm
- Lunch will be served.
- Family activities will be arranged. 
- Santa will also make a special visit for the children.
3:00pm - Depart Winery for free afternoon at resort or local attractions.
6:00pm
​​​​​​- Kids club dinner and activities in the Birrarung Room at the hotel.
- Kids dinner and activities from 6pm to 11 pm in the Birrarung Room at the resort.
6:30pm - Main group dinner in The Conservatory at resort.
 
SUNDAY 1st DECEMBER 2024
  - Relaxed morning to enjoy resort or explore local area and cafés.
10:00am - Depart at your leisure for drive home

Designed and decorated to create a warm, inviting space inspired by the beauty of Yarra Valley, this 35-square-metre accommodation is appointed with King pillowtop beds, a lounge suite and a private balcony or a terrace with views of the Conservatory gardens.

Families with small children and travellers sharing accommodation will love our Garden View Family Room. Measuring a spacious 35 square metres, this room features two Queen pillowtop beds, a private balcony or a terrace with views of the Conservatory gardens.
